Using CultureADD: Complete the Questionnaire
The questionnaire is structured specifically to elicit information pertaining to the operations and management of your organization. You will be required to complete a set of basic financial statements and provide answers to a variety of questions relating to each of the following business practice areas:
- Board Operations - This is composed of board structure, roles and responsibilities, participation, involvement, terms, recruiting, orientation and succession.
- Communications - This is composed of promotion, marketing, advertising and public relations.
- Financial Management - This is composed of bookkeeping, accounting, reporting, annual auditing and investments.
- Information Technology - This is composed of creation, implementation and management of a technology infrastructure, applications and training.
- Human Resources - This is composed of personnel policies, hiring practices, supervision, systems, compensation, succession and internal communication.
- Strategic Planning - This is composed of mission, planning, markets, strategic leadership, business planning, external environment and planning for balance-sheet-related assets.
