Welcome to CultureADD!
CultureADD (Assess. Diagnose. Develop.) is a three-step process designed to help organizations understand and address the root causes of their operational weaknesses. On this website, you will be able to access CultureADD’s performance-based assessment tool and evaluate your organization across six business practice areas and five performance themes.

The fee for the CultureADD performance-based assessment tool is $100. Nonprofit arts and cultural organizations in Northeast Ohio (Cuyahoga County and the contiguous counties of Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage and Summit) are eligible to complete the assessment at a reduced rate of $50. If you are eligible for the discount, you will receive a discount code via email upon approval. This reduced rate is made possible with support from The Cleveland Foundation, The George Gund Foundation, The John P. Murphy Foundation and The Kulas Foundation.
